Little Stars Kitchen is back with our THIRD COHORT! This incredible course continues to go from strength to strength and our family worker and her team of helpers cannot wait to welcome our third set of Salford parents. Following the success of our pilot, we are delighted to bring back our Kids Matter course this Autumn. It's great opportunity to meet other parents, chat, share stories and tips over hot drinks and cake in this safe, judgement free space. Plus if you have children under 5, let us know in advance and we will have a separate creche area for them so you can be truly free to engage. Our taster session is on the 10th of September at 9.15 with sessions running everything Thursday during the Autumn term. Spaces are free but booking is required. Life the Lifecentre way, means empowering young girls to recognise and fulfil their full potential. Our ‘Bloom Girls’ Club’ kicks off this September. Designed specifically for girls aged 11-14, this group will meet young girls where they are and teach them the skills and tools they need to thrive during their teens and beyond. Guided by our excellent youth worker Rea, Tuesday nights are about to get fun filled and fruitful. Message her to get your young lady booked in.

You may or may not be thinking about how long we have left until the new term starts... Don't worry we've got you. To end the summer holidays, we will joining forces with our friends over at Pendleton Ex services social club for a fun packed day with activities for the whole family. Mark the date. Bank Holiday Monday 31st of August. The fun kicks off at 12. See you there.

Parents UNITE! Children aged 5- 15 can travel across all Greater Manchester Bee Network buses for FREE this August! Whether you're taking a trip to the ( FREE) Manchester museum or one of Greater Manchester's beautiful parks, now you save the bus fare for ice cream! Where will you visit this summer holiday?

Have you heard? You can now support the amazing work we do with our Breakfast group whilst doing your regular Tesco shop!! We are now enrolled onto the 'Stronger Starts' programme. Just do your shopping as usual and as you leave, grab a blue token and put it in the Lifecentre Salford box. Easy. Voting will not add any extra cost to your shopping bill, is open from the TODAY 3/8 until the end of November and is available at the Tesco stores below! Why not take a picture of you voting and share with us? Thank you in advance! We're off to get some milk. A chocolate bar. Bread. Butter.Cheese. In separate transactions😜.

Summer time eating out doesn’t HAVE to break the bank. Lots of eateries are offering discounted or free meals for children with full paying adult meals if you would like to go out. Which one is your favourite? Comment below.
If you prefer to stay in, why not create a 'fakeaway' of your favourite takeaway? One of our team members loves do this with their children. The money saved goes into an 'experience pot'.
