We're recruiting an Energy Advice Worker to join our team, to provide energy information, advice and support to households experiencing fuel poverty in Greater Manchester, helping:

+ Reduce energy consumption by employing energy-saving measures
+ Reduce the cost of energy bills through being on the right tariff etc.
+ Improve mental and physical health and wellbeing by reducing the effects of fuel poverty

You'll provide one-to-one advice, and deliver information sessions and drop-in surgeries for people in the area.

If you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively on a one-to-one basis, as well as in a team, we'd love to hear from you.
