A fun evening with a serious message.

Endometriosis is far more common than people realise and far less understood than it should be.

Grateful to the organisers for creating an informative evening about something thatโ€™s too often brushed aside.

Good food, good company, and conversations that actually needed to be had.

Today at SHE Talks, the ladies came together for an insightful discussion on healthy diets, nutrition and positive lifestyle changes that can support better health and wellbeing.

We explored simple, realistic changes we can make to our everyday routines โ€” from making healthier food choices and staying active, to developing sustainable habits that benefit both our physical and mental wellbeing.

This session links closely with UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 โ€“ Good Health and Well-being, which aims to promote healthy lives and wellbeing for people of all ages. ๐ŸŒ

At SHE Talks, we believe that empowering women with knowledge, support and practical tools can help create healthier women, healthier families and healthier communities. ๐Ÿ’•

๐ŸŒธ ENDOMETRIOSIS AWARENESS EVENING ๐ŸŒธ

What a night! Bingo, a quiz, a raffle โ€” and so much laughter in the room.

Behind all the fun, though, was a message that matters. Endometriosis affects around 1 in 10 women of reproductive age โ€” roughly 190 million women worldwide. Yet so many spend years being told their pain is "normal."

It isn't. Women deserve to be believed, listened to and taken seriously.

And this isn't only a women's issue. When women's health improves, so do our families, our relationships and our communities โ€” husbands, sons and brothers included. ๐Ÿ’œ

A brilliant event organised by Endometriosis Awareness North, and SHE Talks was proud to be part of it and support the work they do.

Fun evening. Important message. Real conversations.
