We are an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our friendly community team in Manchester that helps to support to 16–18-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). The role will be based at our office at The Millennium Powerhouse in Moss Side though you will also work flexibly in venues in the community.

We are looking for a creative, friendly, professional, and enthusiastic individual who can promote our service through the production of multimedia promotional and marketing items such as bulletins, flyers, videos and pictures, and social media content. You will also produce jobs and training bulletins that can be shared with our client group and partners highlighting the range of fantastic opportunities available for the young people of Manchester.

Salary: £14,352 to £15,912 for a 35-hour week.

We are a Coach to help create better futures for young people in Manchester, on a fixed term contract - initially until 31/03/2026

You will provide careers support to 16–18-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training, using coaching methods and approaches to build relationships and help young people think positively about their futures. You will help young people identify their strengths and interests, build confidence, and explore their options.

Salary: £23,392- £26,262 (depending on experience)
