Due to the recent occurring of flood that had been devastating, taking the lives of many people and destroying properties and household items ruthlessly.
After the flooding, during this time of struggle for them to return to normal, while the government and other organizations is providing their best to the people, as the Green Heart Foundation, we recognized the destruction of their school supplies. So we organized a way to support and continue the education of the children that have been affected and needed help. For it we organized stationary packs taking a list of all those who were affected by the flood in the GHF and also others who required the most support, we decided to send supplies as support.
To both my parents and also others who helped us in funds, I thank deeply. I also want to thank the Sri Lanka country Lead Thumara Yapa and the team for coordinating, packaging and doing their maximum effort for the success of this donation.
My main hope is to see every child in Sri Lanka, gain determination and dedication to be able to continue their education despite all the challenges they've faced.
