You might remember this clock. It was in a very sorry state. Colin one of my our shed Malvern Shed leaders has restored it to better than new. An amazing piece of work such skill and patients.

This was our entry to the competition at this year's shed fest. The brief was to bring something that would fit in a shoe box, was made in the shed and represented the shed.
So we put sawdust, wood shavings a turned wooden mug, a wooden bourbon biscuit, a ladybird book about sheds and a photo of some old guys laughing and drinking tea. We fulfilled the brief.
In our view and many of the visitors to shed fest it pretty well summed up what sheds, and ours in particular is about.
We didn't win, get a mention nothing. Still we know. !
Come and see us Tuesday to Friday mornings 9 till 1pm or Thursday pm.

Something a bit different. We usually make bug hotels and bird boxes and some more skilled people turn wood into bowls and mushrooms. I've made a bin store for my wheelie bins. It's a bit bright! (Pallet wood saved from the incinerator,)
Come to the shed and have a look to see if there's something you want to do.
First sessions free to see how it goes then it's £5 a session 9 to 1pm.
We're off to Shed Fest in Worcester Thursday to meet other shedders and pinch more ideas.

We're moving !
We've been found a more accessible building. Close to shops, a bus route and no steps to climb together with a little more space to work and drink tea. We will have phone signal and WiFi so we'll be easier to contact.
It's in Barnard's Green and we're moving there this year.
We're making plans for the new space and will be decluttering by selling off surplus tools.
The move means our new shed will be easier to access. We hope to gain more shedders to benefit from it.
When we're ready we'll invite you to an open day to see if it's for you or someone you know.

Malvern shed will be visiting Shed Fest at Worcester university arena. There's two competitions we'd like to enter. Any suggestions as to what we could make that would fit in a shoe box. I thought saw dust as we're particularly good at making that and tea.

Chas casting an eye over a nice piece of work by Chris. (No Chris isn't climbing out of the umbrella/walking stick rack).
Come along and see what you can make I'm sure Chas will be pleased to look it over.
