As this keeps coming up I have now decided to add it into the page description so people understand
I run this page to the best of my ability however I am an extreme dyslexic I use speech to text software via both phone and PC This page is for anyone who has issues with Fortis Living, Care and Repair Worcester, Property Care, Elgar Housing or Festival Housing,WCC Worcester and any other companies
that fall under the umbrella that is Fortis Living in the way that the repairs are undertaken quality of workmanship quality of materials installation of upgrades or how they are treated. we also want to know about any difficulty's in any way form or shape that tenants have had with Fortis Living and the other companies mentioned
We would be happy to hear your stories and experience regarding your dealings with Fortis Living and other companies mentioned above please post any pictures, videos and information. Please bear in mind this is an open page and your posts will be viewed by others so as frustrating as it is please try to avoid any bad language,
we as tenants have rights to complain if we ar not happy but to many sit on their backsides and say why we wont make a difference
Thats wrong the more of us who do the stronger we get and we should stand up for ourselves we may not own our home but we pay rent some the taxpayer pays the rent in some cases there is no shame in that if you need the help that's why the system is in place to help so we all should stand up and say no more
stop landlords screwing us and the system by doing bodged work that in the end dose not save anyone money it infact costs more they are accountable by law so lets make them do things right lets face it if you step slightly out of line in on way or another they are all over you in a flash so why should we put up with it
DO NOT DO IT ANYMORE STAND UP FOR YOURSELF YOUR NEIGHBORS YOUR FRIENDS AND MOST OF ALL STAND UP FOR THE MORE VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN YOUR SOCIETY
get in touch with local press your MP and make the complaint you have the right to do i know its a long hard road to travel on and can take years but stand your ground it does not have to cost a fortune use your rights under the data protection act and request all and any information recorded calls letters conversations during meetings where notes and or minutes are taken all repairs reported any past complaints it's about £10 20 pounds use CAB or charities the ombudsman doctors reports of any health conditions are caused by or made worse by what's going on in the property even anxiety and stress but please people stop sitting on your ass and doing nothing yet still moan about it yes it may consume your life for the duration and trust me i know if you don't have a pc go to a library almost all now have free pc's to use even your own housing associations in most cases have pc's free to use
please to all read the following as it will help me help you
First who is and what is the name of your landlord are they a Housing Association Council or private landlord
if possible please post digital HD photos with time and date stamp in full unedited format please turn off any enhancement or other features your phone or camera may have as it is easier for me to look at the raw true picture/s and post them full size if possible i know this eats data but i believe you can go to the library and do it for free there or go to a friends and ask if you can use their wifi there is always a way if you use google storage or other applications you can create albums place the picture/s in full size unedited you can add information to each picture on google i'm not sure with other applications check your google settings as you have a choice whether photos are backed up and stored in full size not shrunken and give the album a name EG my kitchen or my bedroom ETC make the album public then you can just post that link to my page or group try to provide as much info as possible etc this is on the inside of the exterior wall of house or it may be internal wall anything that may help me by having to ask less questions like if you have mold in your kitchen do you have opening window do you often have that window open what appliances and type do you have in there is there a extractor fan if you know is it a timer moisture controlled fan or is it a newer type that runs all the time and you have a pull cord that allows you to speed it up is it in the ceiling or wall or do you just have a plain none fanned vent is that vent clear or blocked it all helps me save that bit of time so i am able to help more people with any help i can thanks
