We love to watch the ponies all excited to move to a rested field...

We don't love cleaning out the tanks that have been sat in the sun for a few weeks, not being used...

Why is it only when your hands are dirty you get an itchy nose?

Yesterday, we did some lead work with a few of the ponies, good to remind them how to walk and stop when asked. We do a lot of work at liberty but sometimes headcollars are essential.

This was Tiny Tank out for a stroll and fascinated by the people playing golf. We let her watch for a few minutes, taking it all in before heading back to the field.

Tank is the boss in the field, but as good as gold out and about.

A chilled out big herd eating their hay. I loved being able to fuss and tickle them today, chat about life and tell them all how gorgeous they all are.
This was right before the heavens opened and the rain set in.🌧
Fingers crossed some green grass comes through soon 🐴💛🐴

Turns out Roi is a 90's kid at heart!

He loves a shower to cool off and he can't resist drinking from the hosepipe either!

Thanks to our visitors today who got stuck in with the mucking out, grooming and hosing down of the yard ponies!

A day in the life of a DofE volunteer...

Volunteering with us, means getting stuck in to all of the jobs we have to do.

A short video showing a DofE volunteer mixing feeds for the ponies, putting out hay, restoring the electric fence, putting up haynets, digging out ragwort, calmly catching horses and practicing leading.

Everything we do is to help the young person understand basic pony care and build their confidence. 💫

We are really grateful for their help and proud to see how much they change and grow over the time they spend with us.

Moved the Pershore Ponies back to the wood field today, to let them enjoy some of new grass.

Apologies for the heavy breathing. It is only 220ish metres but leading a herd of 30 at canter is quite the sprint for me 🐌.

Poor Sadie, she is normally at the front so coming in flat last was some what of a new experience for her🐎

Coco was keen to inspect the hay I brought to the yard today.

Honestly, the second a trailer or lorry shows up, Coco does his best to climb aboard, he just loves to be involved.

Pickles and Patch did their own quality checks...of the tasting nature.

How lovely was it to have the blue skies and sunshine today?
