As we sit in our own homes feeling excited because christmas is here spare a thought for all those who has lost a loved one this year and as i write this there families who are waking a loved one and having to prepare themselves for there last goodbye please if you live near someone who's experiencing this please look out for them may god keep you all safe

We are at that time of year again where everyone is so busy and excited about Christmas coming but unfortunately there those around us that don't feel the same please spare a thought for them as this can be a very lonely and destressing time be careful how you around them and what you say they don't want hear how your plans are going and what you are doing the best christmas gift to them would be maybe a phone call just to see how they are doing and maybe ask them out for a simple cup of coffee they need to know you are there for them and have time to have a chat because that call or that coffee could be the saving of that person so please be mindful to take that time
