Cypress Point Lytham St.Annes Cypress Point Management Company Limited (CPMCL) is the body responsible for managing the residential development known as Cypress Point in Lytham St Annes.

All owners of properties on Cypress Point are shareholders in the Company which is governed by a Board of Directors who are elected and appointed at the Annual General Meeting. The Directors are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Company and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply wi

th the Companies Act 1985. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. Cypress Point comprises some 576 dwellings including town houses, linked houses, detached properties, apartments and penthouses. With its expansive landscaped grounds, lakes and woodlands, the development is unique to The Fylde area and, perhaps, unrivalled anywhere in north west England.
