What a fun craft evening we had tonight at the Ludchurch WI making Faberge eggs by decorating goose eggs.

Last night at our November meeting we donated our hand made dental bags and contents to Dave from our local Patch foodbank charity.
A big thank you also to Jo Phillips, one of our members, who made all of the bags and co ordinated the donations😍

What an amazing morning we had at the Ludchurch village fun run organised by Mark Lee running in conjunction with Ludchurch WI.

Sixty seven hardy soles braved the elements (it was very rainy and windy) to participate in the hilly 5 mile run in support of Breast cancer UK.

Home made cakes supplied by WI members were enjoyed at the end of the run.

The fantastic sum of £904 was raised for this charity.
A big thanks to the organisers, Marshalls, spectators and runners who made this event happen.

On Sunday 19th October 2025 Ludchurch WI are hosting the Ludchurch village fun run 🏃‍♀️.
All proceeds are going to Breast Cancer UK.
Registration is on the day from 930am and the run starts at 1030am from Ludchurch community hall.
Car parking is at Little Kings holiday park just a short distance from the hall.
Entry fee is £10 and this will include tea/coffee/squash and home made cake.
The course is 5 miles and is on quiet country lanes.
All abilities welcome and there is a prize for the first WI member home!
