Our Story

FUN, FETE & SCARECROWS at Lound! This years Lound Fun Day is on Saturday 27th June, with scarecrows dotted around the village all weekend. There is an open theme this year so ‘Anything Goes! ‘

There's lots to do at the Fete on the village green from 11am - 4pm Saturday, including the popular Donkey rides, Cribs & Bibs bouncy castles, Classic cars and bikes will be lining up, with lots of stalls, activities, games, face-painting, refreshments and much more...

Scarecrow maps will be available from the fete on Saturday and the village hall & church on Sunday. Visitors can look for the scarecrows around the village and then vote for their favourite. The deadline for voting is 6pm Sunday - with a prize for the one with the most votes. Winner will be announced on Monday.

There will be flowers in the church all weekend. Free entry and parking. A GREAT DAY OUT FOR ALL THE FAMILY!!!
