A few photos from the end of Drive For Life. Now sat having the most well deserved Fish and Chips. Thankyou to everyone who has supported us on this challenge it has been the most memorable trip of a lifetime. Only made possible by everyone associated with PHA UK and Papworth Hospital and the treatment and support I received. Huge thanks to Carl at Barwell Trailers without his support none of this would have been possible.

Welcome to Yorkshire! Yesterday, the Whittingtons called at the Sheffield Pulmonary Vascular Disease Unit as they made their way down the country during their epic fundraising drive.
Dave and Thelma, who are motoring from John O'Groats to Land's End, are pictured with the unit's consultant pharmacist Neil Hamilton, and our chair and consultant nurse Iain Armstrong.
They are raising money for ourselves and Royal Papworth Hospital Charity and you can sponsor them at phauk.org/DriveForLife.

Good Morning Leg 3 today Loughborough to Okehampton 240 miles. Heading down the Fosse Way to Cirencester to avoid the motorways. Car and team doing well we have been blown away by the response to our just giving page. Nearly £1000 donated so far would be amazing to reach our target for when we hit Lands End tomorrow. Thankyou to everyone who has donated so far.

Goodbye Scotland Hello England. Managed a quick stop at the Freeman Hospital Newcastle with the support crew rolling laps of the hospital site- sorry for any traffic issues. Then onto the Royal Hallamshire Hospital Sheffield to meet up with the PHA UK HQ team for a quick update on our progress so far then on to home for an overnight stop. Feeling a little tired but happy we have reached the halfway point today. Onwards for Leg 3 to Okehampton tomorrow
