Long Buckby Community Choir

Long Buckby Community Choir We are a community choir in the Northamptonshire village of Long Buckby. We are always pleased to welcome new members to our friendly choir.

Long Buckby Community Choir is a modern contemporary choir of enthusiastic amateur singers. We rehearse every Monday night from 7:30-9:30pm at the Baptist Church, Market Place, Long Buckby, Northamptonshire. Anyone can join us – all you need is a love of singing. Long Buckby Community Choir (formerly known as Elation Community Voices) offers:

the chance to make new and lasting friendships wit

the challenge of learning new tunes
the sense of achievement that comes from performing. We sing a wide variety of songs and give performances throughout the year.

We had a busy weekend with concerts at Long Buckby Baptist Church on Saturday 11 July and Crick Scarecrow Festival on Sunday 12 July.

There will be no rehearsal on Monday 13th July; instead we will end the term with a social evening at The Pigeon. Rehearsals will recommence at the start of our autumn term on 7th September 2026.

What a fantastic afternoon at Long Buckby today listening to the wonderful choir sing, it's a joy to go along to.
We are extremely grateful that the Long Buckby Community Choir chose to support Friends of Thomas's Fund for their three concerts this academic year.

Doors open at the Baptist Church at 1:45pm and the concert starts at 2pm.

Free tickets can be obtained from The Peephole and Long Buckby Library & Hub on Thursday and Friday.
There will also be some tickets available on the door on Saturday.

Long Buckby Community Choir will be singing in St Margaret's Church, Crick from 2pm on Sunday afternoon (12th July) as part of Crick Scarecrow & Music Festival. This follows our concert in Long Buckby Baptist Church on Saturday afternoon - so you'll have two chances to hear us this weekend!

You are invited to join us for our summer concert at 2pm on Saturday 11th July at Long Buckby Baptist Church.

Tickets are available from The Peephole and Long Buckby Library & Hub.

Tickets are free, but we would welcome donations to help cover the costs of putting on the concert, with any profits being donated to Thomas's Fund, our charity for this year (https://www.thomassfund.org/).
