The Connection Canvas CIC A London CIC using creativity to support wellbeing, connection, and joyful community experiences through workshops, projects, and events.

The Connection Canvas CIC (TCC) is a community-focused creative wellbeing organisation based in London. We create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, feel seen, and connect — through gentle, inclusive creative experiences and community-led projects. Our sessions are designed to support wellbeing through creativity, conversation (if people choose), and shared moments. We work with communit

ies, schools, local organisations and partners to deliver workshops, programmes and events that strengthen connection, joy and reduce isolation. What we do:

• Deliver creative wellbeing workshops (including Soul Feeding Plates)

• Community projects, installations and exhibitions

• Supportive programmes for young people and carers (project-led)

• Partner with schools, councils and community organisations

• Deliver creative wellbeing experiences with thoughtfully presented food — from refreshments to full catering — where possible.

• Share simple creative prompts and resources people can use at home

What a day! Yesterday we were out at the Broadway market celebrating creativity, community, and the incredible talent within The Connection Canvas family. 💜 From handmade candles and rollerball perfumes to poetry books, wellbeing craft kits, and so many other amazing creations from young entrepreneurs within the NextGen Youth Market - Hackney community, every stall told a unique story. A huge thank you to everyone who came along, had a chat, made a purchase, shared our work, or simply showed encouragement. Even giving out words of affirmations and seeing the public’s’ response to them was encouragement enough, but every conversation, every smile and every purchase helps us continue creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and turn their ideas into reality. This is only the beginning. 🌱

Here’s to many more markets, many more opportunities, and many more dreams becoming reality. Thank you all for being a part of our journey! And a massive thank you to Romeo BCyA and Juliet ColeyBCAe who have introduced us to these wonderful markets and who have helped us grow so much and establish The Connection Canvas name! 💜

✨Soul Feeding Plates ✨ Creativity isn’t perfection, it’s about being able to express yourself. During these workshops, participants use words, colours, images and symbols that reflected who they are, what inspires them and what fills their cup. There is no pressure to “get it right”… just space to create, reflect and connect! 💜Which plate speaks to you the most? And would you like to get involved in something like this?
