This is a six-week course 🗓 designed to provide a structured approach to the art of aikido. By the end of the course, you will be able to demonstrate some of our key techniques, be able to perform basic breakfalls and move safely on the mat

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that uses a combination of locks, throws and strikes. A student learns to co-ordinate mind, body and breath for effective technique.

London Aikido Dojo is one of the friendliest martial arts clubs 🫶 in the country. We are a supportive dojo ❤️🤍 and help people develop at their own pace.
