If you’re heading to Bath Book Fair at the end of this month, look out for one of our fair highlights 🏛️✨

For Your Convenience is celebrated by some as ‘the first q***r guide to London’, and details a satirical conversation between two gentlemen discussing places where “relief” might be found in the city, especially those which “afford excellent rendezvous to people who wish to meet out of doors and yet escape the eye of the Busy [policemen]”. The endpapers show a map of 50 of London’s public restrooms.
