Ekota Academy is running a free community service at Valence Library in Dagenham to help local residents build confidence with everyday digital skills and online tools.

Whether you need support with using a computer or smartphone, applying for jobs, writing a CV, accessing the NHS App or navigating online council services, our friendly team is here to help.

This service is open to:
- Young people
- Parents returning to work
- Job seekers
- Retired residents

- Weekly digital skills sessions
- Friendly drop in advice
- 1 to 1 job search support
