A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our “Courage, Culture, and Community” event as part of Refugee Week. It was a wonderful celebration of resilience, identity and the power of bringing people together through dialogue, culture and shared experiences.

We are grateful to our inspiring speakers: Solicitor Naim Hasani, Dr. Greta Jata, Dr. Teuta Rexhepi-Johansson, Dr. Fatmir Terziu and teacher Flutura Tafilaku, who shared their stories, reflections and expertise with us.

Thank you also to our talented performers: actor Sokol Cahani, singers and çifteli players Egzon Dida & Ylli Shuti, and the Illyrian Dance Ensemble, for bringing the richness of Albanian culture to life.

A special thank you to Cllr Fiona Sacks for taking the time to attend and support our event, and to for providing delicious traditional Albanian food enjoyed by all.

Thank you to everyone who made this event so special. Together, we continue to celebrate courage, preserve culture and strengthen our community. ❤️🇦🇱
