A small piece of paper
Pen
Salt any kind
Optional black pepper or cayenne for added repel energy
Preparation
On the piece of paper write
All unwanted energy attention and interference are now removed from my life.
Fold it away from you three times symbolizing pushing it out.
Place a pinch of salt and optional pepper on top of the paper.
Candle setup
Place the black candle directly on top of the folded paper or right in front of it.
Before lighting say
This space is mine. My peace is not to be disturbed.
Light the candle.
Main spell say with focus and authority
I reject all unwanted access to me
I cut every cord that carries disturbance toward my life
Anything sent to disrupt me is now returned and removed
