Muswell Hill Rhythmic Gymnastics (MHRG) is a not for profit gymnastics club based in North London.

Our mission is to make rhythmic gymnastics accessible to all young girls in our community.

📣 Squad Trials 📣
We are looking for new gymnasts to join our mini squad. The group train on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays and work towards regional competitions across London.

We are looking for new gymnasts for our mini squad who are:
- 6-9 years old
- Willing to train 3 times per week.
- Excited about the idea of competitive gymnastics.
- Looking to build on existing experience in ballet, rhythmic gymnastics or another gymnastics discipline.

The squad trial will take place on Monday 19 October 5.15-6.45pm.

From our under 8s to our over 16s and everyone else in between!

Our squads provide a place for gymnasts of all ages to develop their skills, gain competition experience and enjoy their gymnastics.

We also accept gymnasts in our beginner programmes from ages 3.5 to 12 years old, with older girls in our advance and pre squad classes.

Have a young gymnast aged 3.5-5 - try our Monday or Sunday classes.

Budding gymnasts aged 8+ can try our Friday classes.

Our 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏆English Champion🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏆

Raya is the new overall English Champion in the Bronze Senior category. We could not be more proud of her achievements.

This year has been stretching for Raya balancing her training with her GCSE exams and also her first steps into becoming a coach. She has continued to give 100% and pushed towards her goals, picking up new routines and new skills to ensure that she could be the best in her category.

Just before English she was hospitalised and we weren’t sure she would even be able to compete. With a few days to go she was back to work towards her goal.

Raya has come up through all of our levels from our recreational to our advance beginner classes and then into our squad group. She’s an inspiration to all of our gymnasts 🥰 We couldn’t be more pleased with her results 😍!

Well done to our gymnasts for their excellent results at the Spring Stars Cup 🏆.

We came home with lots of medals and some personal best scores and performances, we are so proud of our team.

Well done to our gymnasts for their results at the Shooting Stars Cup.

They showed improvements and focus after some mistakes at the last competition in their final time on the carpet before grades.

Many thanks to the coaching team who have worked to make the necessary changes- special shout out to for making a whole new routine in one day 👸🏻
