Well done to our gymnasts for their results at the Shooting Stars Cup.

They showed improvements and focus after some mistakes at the last competition in their final time on the carpet before grades.

Many thanks to the coaching team who have worked to make the necessary changes- special shout out to for making a whole new routine in one day 👸🏻

Our club squad gymnasts also had a great weekend at the London Cup, working with the full code of points and honing their skills amongst some of the country’s best gymnasts. We hope that they enjoyed their performances but also the chance to see some real rising stars of the sport from this country and internationally.

A special well done to Natalia for her first gold in her first individual competition. Thank you to all the coaches who have worked so hard to get the girls ready.

Amazing results from some of our youngest gymnasts and also our more experienced gymnasts in Level 0.

Our mini squad performed for the first time at a regional competition in two large categories and got some brilliant scores. In our 2014 category Lilly returned from an injury for her first performance since March. Well done girls.

They performed some brilliant routines - some with completely new apparatus - and showed their hard work has paid off. We are so proud of them all.
