🏆Incredibly excited to share that we won Story of the Year at the Probate Industry Awards last night.

The Probate Industry Awards recognise outstanding work in the estates and inheritance sector. But our award was really won for the mission that sits behind You Spot Property.

For us it’s never just been about the properties.

It’s about getting empty homes back into use at a time when the UK has a record number of them sitting vacant.

It’s about helping families who may be due an inheritance from an empty home but have no idea how to move forward.

And it’s about the communities who have to live with derelict properties on their streets, when those homes could be housing people instead of being left to rot.
