The Concept is to vacate the Family Court system in preference for a committee or tribunal environment with the following objectives being improved upon.
1. As Cafcass and the Family Court seem incapable of clear communication the disconnect created by the two bodies is damaging to the cases that they are there to deal with.
2. Deciding the future of any child should not be passed around between judges who each in turn interpret the children's act with difference, when one sees safeguarding concern and an other does not, this is catastrophic for the children involved.
3. As the Family Court is beyond accountability there is no scope for evolution resulting in a system that is disconnected from the realities of family life.
4. If a judge simply follows a Cafcass recommendation, when what exactly has that judge contributed to the case.
