We close this year’s Primrose Hill Lecture Series with a true master of landscape and story: Nicholas Crane — geographer, explorer, author, and TV’s Map Man — in conversation with Libby Wiener.

Crane is one of Britain’s great interpreters of place. Former President of the Royal Geographical Society, presenter of BBC’s Coast and Map Man, and author of The Making of the British Landscape and The Path More Travelled, he brings history, geography and human curiosity together with rare warmth and clarity.

Expect a journey through Britain’s ancient footpaths, the stories they hold, and the ways our routes shape who we become. Insightful, witty, and endlessly engaging — he makes even the most familiar landscapes feel newly illuminated.
