The Antipodean Express - Mongol Rally 2017

The Antipodean Express - Mongol Rally 2017 Just a couple of kiwis embarking on an adventure from London to Mongolia in a highly inappropriate car for task ahead... What could possibly go wrong?!

Antipodean, Oxford Dictionary. A person from Australia or New Zealand (used by inhabitants of the northern hemisphere):
‘a brisk Antipodean, he moved with speed and efficiency’

Each European summer since 2004, teams of slightly unhinged adventurists have gathered near London, in what you might think are their Gran’s cars, ready to drive 10,000 miles or more into the unknown towards Mongolia. Hope

fully arriving in Ulan Ude 5 to 6 weeks later with a half knackered car and a pile of stories to tell. All of this in the name of charity! So this time around we thought we would get involved! Who are we then? James and Sam are our names, we are 27 and 29 years old from New Zealand. James is an expat living in London and Sam lives back home in the Land of the Long White Cloud. We came up with the idea back in July last year after getting a bit of inspiration seeing another mate was setting off on his edition of the adventure. Keep up to date with our progress in the lead up to the rally and also while we're on the road as best we can. We will also be announcing the charity that we are supporting and how you can get involved with helping them very soon! So please take the 5sec to share our page around your friends and family, the more people see it, the more money we can hopefully raise.
