Femtribe stood alongside our brothers, fathers, sons, husbands & friends to raise awareness of prostate cancer.

While our mission is dedicated to empowering women and girls, we know that strong families and strong communities need healthy men too.

Black men face a higher risk of developing prostate cancer, yet too many conversations about men's health happen too late. Today we walked to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and remind every man that taking care of your health is a sign of strength, not weakness.

To every man watching this: please book the appointment, ask the questions, know your family history, and prioritise your health. Early detection is key.

A father is often a daughter's first protector, supporter, teacher, and role model. The memories they create, the lessons they share, and the love they give can shape a lifetime.

That is why men's health matters.

Femtribe joined the fight to raise awareness of prostate cancer in Black men because we believe that healthy families begin with healthy communities. While our mission focuses on empowering women and girls, we know that many daughters, wives, mothers, sisters, and friends depend on the men in their lives.

To every father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and son: your health matters. Your life matters. The people who love you need you here.
