Caramel Rock believes that real conversations can shape real futures.

We are proud to be working with Oakleafe Claims to host a special Round Table Talk for young men and women, creating a space for honest discussions about leadership, resilience, decision-making, and finding direction in life.

Senior leaders Lucy Croucher (Insurance Director and Women of the Year Award winner) and Rob Bowles (National Operations Director) will share their journeys and insights. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue.
