⚠️ Sigurnosna obavijest za hrvatske državljane – Bliski istok i šira regija, uključujući Cipar

Zbog pogoršane i nestabilne sigurnosne situacije na području Bliskog istoka, Ministarstvo vanjskih i europskih poslova Republike Hrvatske poziva hrvatske državljane na pojačan oprez te preporučuje izbjegavanje svih putovanja u: 🇦🇪 Ujedinjene Arapske Emirate, 🇧🇭 Bahrein, 🇰🇼 Kuvajt, 🇴🇲 Oman, 🇸🇦 Saudijsku Arabiju, 🇶🇦 Katar i 🇮🇱 Izrael, dok se za 🇨🇾 Cipar savjetuje odgoda putovanja.

Hrvatskim državljanima koji se već nalaze u navedenim državama preporučuje se boravak u zatvorenim i sigurnim prostorima, ograničavanje kretanja, izbjegavanje javnih okupljanja te redovito praćenje službenih uputa i obavijesti lokalnih vlasti. U slučaju prekida komunikacijskih veza potrebno je ostati na sigurnom mjestu do ponovne uspostave signala.

Ministarstvo kontinuirano prati razvoj situacije i, prema potrebi, ažurira preporuke i upozorenja.

Također podsjeća se da, sukladno članku 23. Ugovora o funkcioniranju Europske unije, hrvatski državljani koji se nalaze u trećoj zemlji u kojoj Republika Hrvatska nema svoje diplomatsko ili konzularno predstavništvo imaju pravo zatražiti konzularnu zaštitu od diplomatskih ili konzularnih predstavništava bilo koje druge države članice Europske unije, pod istim uvjetima kao i državljani te države.

Pozivaju se hrvatski državljani da se pravodobno informiraju i postupaju odgovorno radi vlastite sigurnosti. 🌍

Last week at the Croatian Embassy in London Ms Sasha King, Founder of High Point Yachting a boutique agency specialising in luxury crewed yacht charters in Croatia the Mediterranean, and worldwide gave insightful talk and the presentation explored Croatia’s evolution as a leading luxury crewed charter destination. Sasha highlighted the role of the a key B2B event that brings international brokers and industry partners to Croatia.

Guests were introduced to the structure of crewed yacht chartering, including professional crews, onboard chefs, and fully tailored itineraries, alongside insights into Croatia’s exceptional Adriatic cruising grounds, historic ports, and island destinations.

The session also covered Croatia’s charter-friendly regulatory framework, well-developed marina infrastructure, competitive VAT environment, and the growing emphasis on sustainability within the nautical sector.

Last night, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the British-Croatian Society at the House of Commons, following a formal invitation from Sir Edward Leigh. We are deeply grateful for this honour.

Due to capacity limitations, the Society was able to host up to 60 guests, despite a much longer waiting list. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful evening featuring excellent speakers and a true celebration of this remarkable milestone 🇬🇧🇭🇷
