Meet the changemakers shaping Greenwich's future! 💚

Seven local residents have stepped up to join our first-ever Social Connection Fund residents panel! Our local heroes will get to decide what community projects get funded.

Living here and thus, knowing what the borough needs, and caring about making it better - that's their expertise!

Last week, they came together for their first training session, learning everything about grant-making and how to champion projects that'll strengthen connections across Greenwich.

Got an idea to bring neighbours together in Abbey Wood, Charlton Hornfair, Eltham Page, Mottingham, Coldharbour, and New Eltham? We want to hear it!💚

The Social Connection Fund offers up to £1,500 for your project – whether it's a community lunch, a gardening club, a cycling initiative or something completely new.
✨ 75% of applicants found our form very easy to complete
✨ Most applicants took under 2 hours to apply
✨ We're here to help every step of the way
