This new report from Teton drawing on more than one million resident-nights of sleep data provides some fascinating insight into sleep patterns in care homes — and what changes in sleep could tell care teams about resident wellbeing.

With sleep often poorly recorded, having a continuous picture of residents’ patterns could give care teams another valuable source of information when making decisions about individual care.
