FirstLight Trust for Veterans A charity for UK military and emergency service veterans, helping people nationwide. 5 Cafe hubs. They may just feel too proud or confused to ask for help.

From ambulance to army, service personnel are always there for us. We are a national charity who helps military and emergency service veterans. These include the 'hard to reach' veterans who don't know where to turn and may have ended up on the streets. We help those veterans who feel they have been rejected or have exhausted all other avenues. Our aim is to give physical, emotional and psychologi

cal aid however that works. They might need help accessing housing, with dealing with depression and/or any form of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). We can provide advice or simply a place to drop in for a cuppa and a chat. We support them so they can get back into their community and move on to a better future.
