Spent the day yesterday, sharing Liam and having some incredibly meaningful conversations about with a leading civial service department - both in the workplace and beyond. It’s clear that there’s so much more work to be done to reduce stigma around mental health in general, and talking about this is the first step.

Here are some snapshots from yesterday’s NSPCC Sparkle Ball at the Four Seasons Hampshire, where we was kindly invited to share Liam and the great work of NSPCC with thier guest.

A truly great evening, one that will raise over £60,000 to support the vital work of the NSPCC - well done to all involved.

Today, I had the honour of speaking to the dedicated staff at about my journey with mental health alongside Liam. Being part of their wellbeing initiative on was a truly meaningful experience. Thank you to everyone who attended and a special thank you to Charlotte for being an amazing host and Chloe for the opportunity - in addition thank you to you both for your kindness and support.

Together, we can create a lasting impact on mental health awareness, on a day that holds such significance for many of us and beyond.

14 years of loving you from afar 🕊️

Today marks 14 years since Liam lost his battle with mental health, a loss that still hits deeply for all who loved him. Yet, in his absence, he has become a powerful symbol of hope for countless others through his legacy at the and beyond.

His anniversary creates a mix of heartbreak, emptiness and remembrance, but it also calls those who have been touched by his story to take action. It’s a vital reminder that we must care for one another and ourselves, not just for a day, or month, but always.

In our darkest moments, there is always someone willing to stand by your side. So be reminded: you are worthy of love and support - don’t give up on you.

An all inspiring day at the ’s 140th Annual Council Meeting, marking a poignant final adress from Sir after an extraordinary tenure. Your leadership over the past 11 years has left an incredible mark on so many young people’s lives, including mine as a 24 year old fundraiser still trying to find his way.

The fight for every childhood continues, and I am super proud to be a part of a community of people in the room and online who are dedicated to doing all they can protect and empower young people for generations to come.

This past Saturday, we had the privilege of being a panel speaker at first Mental Health and Wellbeing Fair—a truly wonderful event lead by their inspiring young ambassadors. They did an outstanding job, and it was moving to witness a diverse community coming together with such passion and unity, all driven by the shared mission to improve mental health and wellbeing.

I want to extend a special thank you to my good friend and fellow class of 2021 member, , for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful day. It showcased that together, we can build a brighter future and better mental health and wellbeing for all.
