Creatives for Ukraine is cultural initiative using creative power to fundraise in support of a Ukrainian victory.

🎉 YAY!!!!!!! So excited and proud to announce that after three attempts to find the right type of pickup across the UK, our fourth try was the lucky one! Tonight we finally found our hero vehicle all the way up in Inverness, Scotland! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Our amazing volunteers travelled from Edinburgh to inspect it, and we’ve just confirmed the pickup! 🚙💪

Huge thanks to everyone who has donated and supported us so far — your help means the world.

Thank you for organising such a presentation of “Siege of Mariupol” by Evgeniy Maloletka on 28 March 2026 at the French Institute in London.

Evgeniy is a photojournalist who worked alongside director Mstyslav Chernov to document the 2022 Russian siege of Mariupol, which was featured in the Oscar-winning documentary "20 Days in Mariupol".

From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Maloletka documented life and death inside the besieged city. In this book, he offers deeply personal reflections while recording war crimes — revealing the horrors that unfolded on Mariupol’s streets, in its basements, and in its hospitals. It’s a story about refusing to look away.
