Headline: 🚨 Quick update for our wonderful donators! 🚨

First of all, a massive THANK YOU for all the amazing donations you bring to support us. We couldn’t do what we do without your kindness! 🤍

To help us keep our shop safe, and looking its best, we kindly ask you to follow a couple of quick guidelines:

⏰ Drop-off times: Please only bring your donations inside the shop during our opening hours (Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm). Please never leave bags or boxes outside on the pavement when we are closed, as the weather ruins them and it is legally classed as fly-tipping.

🛋️ Large Furniture: Because space is tight, we cannot accept large furniture pieces unless we’ve agreed to take them in advance. If you have furniture to donate, please pop in for a chat or give our team a call on 020 7249 3511 before bringing it down!

Thank you all so much for your understanding and continuous support! ✨
