As we celebrate our fifth anniversary, we choose not only to look back on how far we’ve come, but to share this milestone with the friends and choral communities who have been part of our journey from across the country and around the world.

What began as a shared love for singing blossomed into lasting friendships. Those friendships became a movement; one that transcends borders, builds bridges, and tears down walls through the universal language of music.

This festival is more than a celebration of choral music. It is a celebration of hope, friendship, and the extraordinary bonds woven through every shared note.

Welcome to the first-ever Filipino Choral Music Festival: a gathering brought to life by voices united in purpose, hearts that never stopped believing, and friendships forged in harmony.

Did you know that Schubert’s Ave Maria wasn’t originally written as the famous Latin prayer? When he composed it in 1825, it was actually a song based on Sir Walter Scott’s The Lady of the Lake. 26th JULY 2026

“Oh Lord, I know You are near, standing always at my side. You guard me from the foe, and You lead me in ways everlasting.”

What a truly blessed Sunday it was, as the entire SinagHimig Family lifted our voices in praise at both the Carmelites and St. Augustine. Every hymn and every note was a reminder of God’s faithfulness, guiding and sustaining us through every rehearsal, every ministry, and every moment of worship.

As we begin our church choir’s rest period, our hearts are filled with gratitude. We thank the Lord for His unfailing grace, for strengthening us not only in music but, more importantly, in our faith. May this season of rest renew our spirits as we prepare to serve Him with even greater joy in the months ahead.
