🌸 Support Our Spring Sponsored Walk – Sunday 10th May 2026 🌸

Girls from our GFS groups in **Tower Hamlets, Hackney, and Waltham Forest** are taking part in a Spring Sponsored Walk to raise funds for trips, activities, and opportunities for girls across East London. 💛

This fundraising idea came directly from the girls themselves, who wanted to come together and help make sure all girls can access enriching experiences, regardless of financial circumstances.

This Saturday 21st March! Get ready for a Mini Olympics at GFS! 🏅

We’re inviting girls aged 5–11 to join us for a fun-filled session of mini Olympic-style challenges. The girls will work in teams and individually through a variety of active, silly, and confidence-building games designed for all abilities.

Expect lots of movement, laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition as they take on a series of short challenges and cheer each other on.

Every participant will receive a special award at the end to celebrate their effort, teamwork, and unique strengths.

It’s a great chance to make friends, build confidence, and have fun being active. We’d love to see lots of new faces join us!

Today at GFS Mile End the girls did some fabulous origami crafting as well as making cards for Mother's Day!

Our little group is growing and we would love to welcome even more girls to join us on a Saturday morning in Mile End!

Last Saturday at GFS Mile End the girls brought one of their own ideas to life, a Calm Corner!

They spent time preparing the space, adding their own personal touches and designs to the Calm Corner.

This week at GFS Mile End we learnt a dance routine to a Taylor Swift song the girls know!

It was great fun and got the girls up dancing, trying new things and having fun 🥰

We also had three new girls join us for the first time! But we still have plenty of room for more...

We celebrated Thanksgiving 🎊🍽️ today at GFS Mile End!

There was gratitude journaling, crafting and some seasonal treats to celebrate and enjoy the event 🫶🏾
