So many new faces joining each week us is wonderful.

Our team ran 2.5k & 5k distances & we’re all so proud to do it together! Well Done team, you all rock! 🩷😊👏

Temps are dropping, but our energy isn’t! ⚡️⚡️

Thursday nights in Waterloo have become something special. Chatty miles along the river, big smiles, and that feeling of finishing the week alongside women who keep you going.

Another race season coming to a close and it sure has been a beautiful one!
Sometimes you just need to find that one person (or maybe you’re lucky enough to have found a few ☺️) who believes in you.

It’s been INCREDIBLE to watch you all go on to do the things you never thought you were capable of. You could do it all along.

It’s why we believe a strong community is something so special & we are better together. 💕

It was a total women’s weekend! 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🎀💕

Team AGR smashed it at the Battersea Park Women’s Run Series UK in the morning. Huge congrats to two of our members who took on their first ever races!! 👏👏👏

Later in the evening others took part in running the Nike after Dark Tour 🙌

Can we also give a massive shout out to all of our AGR volunteers who put the time in to support all of the other women running the NDT! 👏👏👏

You were all out there smashing it, whether running or supporting- we are super proud of you all! 👏🙌🩷
