REPORT IT. DON’T SUFFER IN SILENCE. 💙
If you have been targeted, abused, threatened, harassed or intimidated because you are Muslim — or because someone thinks you are Muslim — please know that you do not have to carry the impact of that experience alone.
Anti-Muslim hate can leave people feeling frightened, angry, isolated or unsure about what to do next. Sometimes people stay silent because they think what happened was “not serious enough”, that nobody will listen, or that nothing will change.
Please don’t suffer in silence.
At Tell MAMA, we are here to listen, to believe you and to support you. 🤝
Since 2011, we have assisted over 65,000 British Muslims affected by anti-Muslim hate and hostility. Behind every number is a person, a family and a story that deserves to be heard.
Whether something has happened online or offline, at work, at school, on public transport, in your neighbourhood or simply while going about your everyday life — you can report it to us.
You may want practical advice. You may need emotional support. You may simply need someone to listen without judgement. Whatever you need, you matter and your experience matters. ❤️
Reporting also helps us build a clearer picture of anti-Muslim hate across the country and challenge it more effectively.
Speak up. Reach out. Report it.
