Zahara , is a ferral cat rescued 4 yrs ago , when she was first rescued she hid under the scratching post for weeks not allowing human contact , she came from a colony of over 40 cats in a garden , rewind to now and she no longer hides away she allows humans to touch her currently Zahara needs all her teeth removed to save her life as she’s currently not eating due to decaying teeth it’s vital she has her teeth out to survive , zahara has a go fund up to help with the upcoming vet costs of removal with out the surgery she will die I will put zaharas go fund up in a separate post any help will be greatly received to give this little cat the chance to live

Hi there my names Tracy I set up a street and feral rescue 15 yrs ago , I became homeless threw fleeing severe violence, and wanted to give back the help I received, in the form of housing and rehabilitating , and rehoming street and feral cats that deserve a chance at a better life just like I did , I fight the stigma around housing ferral cats and campaign to give ppl a better understanding and education in ferral cats , I’ve 14 certificates in the field and 2 of those certificates are diplomas in veterinary medicine and being a veterinary assistant , it was my childhood dream to become a vet and work with animals and to run my own rescue

Mabel was rescued 10 weeks ago , she was chucked out like rubbish and left for dead , 3 days after her rescue we noticed her stomach had grown and it was apparent Mabel was heavily pregnant, weeks went by and she allowed us and the world to c her family for the very first time , a litter of 6 kittens , 2 days after her labour Mabel was rushed to our emergency vets she was at this point critical and fighting for her life she was open mouth breathing and her heart had crashed , she was rushed threw to X-ray and had ultrasounds as it could have been a kitten was still inside her , little did we all know and to our horror when we saw the X-rays we were stunned at how this little cat was even still alive , she has an severely enlarged stomach a severely deformed heart with heart disease and heart failure and fluid around her lungs , she was given untold injections and was brought back to the rescue on a critical care plan , she’s currently waiting on further x rays and ultrasounds and blood tests , Mabel has a go fund up for the further life saving vet care and treatment if anyone would like to donate to this little cat and to save a life once thrown out like rubbish I will add her go fund link on a further post thank u the purfect rescue
