π³π¬β¨ Celebrating Nigeria @66 with the Amazing People of Kari Community, Kazaure, Jigawa State! β¨π³π¬
What a beautiful day of unity, culture, love, and togetherness! π
Blue Gate Foundation was honoured to bring smiles to the wonderful people of Kari as they celebrated 66 years of Nigeriaβs Independence on 1 October 2026.
The joy was unforgettable from the beautiful Fulani and Hausa cultural dances, traditional wrestling, music, dancing, and shared meals, to the smiles and happiness across the community. It was truly a celebration to remember. π
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Hakimi, the Dagaci, and all community leaders for their warm welcome and support. π
We celebrate and thank all the amazing women of Kari who supported us tirelessly to prepare and share meals with the community. Your kindness and dedication brought everyone together. β€οΈ
Special appreciation to our incredible Kano State volunteers who travelled with compassion and commitment to put smiles on the faces of the people of Kari. Your service represents the true spirit of humanity. π
We also thank the neighbouring villages for their support in helping maintain peace and security, and the Nigeria Police Force for their professionalism and support in ensuring our volunteers were safe throughout the journey.
π Humanitarian work is about more than giving , it is about creating connections, restoring dignity, and bringing hope.
We invite organisations, partners, and compassionate individuals to join in supporting underserved communities. Together, we can create opportunities, empower lives, and build stronger communities. π€
Thank you, Kari Community, for allowing Blue Gate Foundation to share this special moment with you. ππ³π¬
