- Beauty and wellness treatments including head and shoulder massages and manicures,
- Information and advice from local health partners and support services
- Exercise tasters

Join our Garden Club weekly on Thursday from 23rd April 12:30-2:30pm
Then the first three Thursdays of the month from May.

Based at the Walter Sickert Community Garden

Come along and join us for:
-A safe, beautiful place to come sit and socialise
- Learn and share about gardening
-To improve your mood & wellbeing
-As an opportunity for gentle exercise

Arts & Crafts in the Garden
Tuesdays at Walter Sickert Community Gardens

Crafts include: Painting and Colouring, Card making, Knitting or Crochet, Flower arranging, Scrapbooking and Gardening Crafts.

Join us for our new Arts & Crafts Make & Mingle at Hugh Cubitt Centre.

Starting in two weeks - Thursday 19th February we are bringing a new sense of creativity whether it be drawing, crochet and crafts and a lil chinwag to boot.
