Young people are achieving amazing things... and we’re proud to be part of the journey!

This week, the Envision team came together for our annual End of Year Review to celebrate the progress, lessons and moments that have shaped the year.

Together, we reached 1,439 young people, supported 96% of them to grow in confidence and helped 71% to improve across all four Essential Skills!

And we’re celebrating that 100% of our surveyed graduates were in education, employment or training 18 months after completing the programme!

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of making this happen, and to every young person who continues to show up, grow and win in their own way. 💪

Young people have always shaped Envision.

From leading social action projects in their communities to influencing decisions through our Youth Advisory Group and Youth Trustees, youth voice is at the heart of everything we do.

This , we're proud to sign the Power of Youth Charter, reaffirming our commitment to listening to, learning from, and working alongside young people.

Because when young people are empowered to lead change, communities are stronger for it.

Exciting news! Envision has received funding from the Fund to strengthen our youth-led social action programmes, helping young people in Birmingham, the Black Country, Bristol, and London create lasting impact in their schools and communities.

The Fund is made possible thanks to £89 million joint investment from The National Lottery Community Fund and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). It brings together organisations who contribute funding to embed meaningful social action in young people’s lives.

We’re proud to be part of the Movement, a UK-wide campaign enabling young people to shape change, develop skills, and make a difference in their communities.

We were pleased to host our latest Youth Advisory Group at Envision, where young people took part in a round table discussion to help us further develop and strengthen our Social Action Toolkit.

Their thoughtful feedback and lived experience continue to play a vital role in shaping our approach, ensuring our resources remain relevant, accessible, and impactful for the young people we work with.

We’re grateful for their time, insight, and commitment to driving meaningful change, and we can't wait to continuing to build on this over the Summer!

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we asked the team to share either one word they would use to describe the women in their lives, or one valuable lesson they’ve learned from a woman that has stayed with them.

The responses were a lovely reminder of just how much the women around us shape who we are through their support, strength, advice, and encouragement.

A small way to celebrate the women who make such a difference in our lives! 😊

Envision March is well underway and our team are getting their steps in together. 🏃

Some of our staff have started Envision Run Club, heading out after work to get moving, clear their heads, and contribute to the miles we’re walking this month.

Every mile we walk or run this March helps remove barriers for young people from less-advantaged backgrounds, giving them the skills and confidence to shape their future.

More than 920,000 young people in the UK are currently not in education, employment or training. At Envision, we work to change that by helping young people build the Essential Skills, confidence and experience they need to move forward.

We're hiring for a Programme Coordinator in Birmingham!

Are you passionate about empowering young people, skilled in facilitation and stakeholder management? Join Envision as a Programme Coordinator and help us grow our impact in schools and communities!

📍 Location: Birmingham
💼 Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week, 48 weeks (August as paid leave)
💰 Salary: £22,916-£26,583 (equivalent to £25,000-£27,000 full-time)
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Deadline: Sunday 15th February

You'll manage and deliver the Envision programme across a cluster of sixth forms and colleges, working with young people and mentors from local businesses.
