A Heartfelt Message from My Student After Four Years of Teaching! 🥹

Thought it would be nice to share a touching farewell message from one of my students, Mia, who has been attending my school club in Camden for the past four years. 💥 As she moves from year six to year seven, she wrote me a lovely note thanking me for making Mondays special and expressing how much she’ll miss our sessions. 🥊

A quick reflection on how important it is to pause and recognise the impact we have on young people’s lives through teaching and mentorship. ❤️‍🔥

You’ll be missed, Mia! 💫

I can punch hard, but I choose not to.” 🧡

Eight years old and already understanding the difference between having power and knowing when to use it. We could not have said it better ourselves.

Amelia told us that training Muay Thai has made her feel more confident at school and in her other clubs too. That is not something that happens by accident. That is what showing up every week and pushing through the hard bits does for young people.

Sport is the hook. This is the purpose.

Amelia is 8 years old and already knows exactly what she needs to work on. 🥰

“I’m still progressing, but not to be that soft, because you always tell me to punch harder.” 💥

That self-awareness at 8 years old is genuinely something special. She said it with the biggest smile on her face too, which tells you everything about the environment we try to create here.

This is what it is all about. Young people who show up, put the work in, and are not afraid to be honest about where they are in their journey.

We see you Amelia. Keep punching harder. 🧡

Corissa walked in not knowing what to expect. She left absolutely buzzing. 🧡

That is what we love about our Mixed Adult class. No ego, no pressure, just good people working hard and having fun together.

She borrowed the gloves, jumped straight into partner drills, and held her own from the first round. That kind of energy is exactly what this community is built on.

If you have been thinking about giving Muay Thai a go, this is your sign. Everyone starts somewhere and we will make sure you feel right at home from day one.

📩 Drop us a DM and come train with us.
