Fantastic team of volunteers (and a few of our four legged friends) walked between the Companions cafes and Breakfast clubs in London today. They raised £3,800 … and counting. Funds will go to support the Companions homeless projects. Great achievement! If you would like to make a donation please see details in the bio 🤩🥳

“Fighting Isolation” This week Companion volunteers in London have run two breakfast clubs and two supper clubs for the homeless and a lunch party for 70 elderly guests already. Thursday evening we held another Supper Club ( Companions cafe) for over 80 homeless guests. A delicious meal made by Warm food, clothes and company for those in need.

PRAYER BEFORE DEPARTURE FOR LOURDES: O LADY full of grace, I have packed my bags and I’m ready for Lourdes. I’m ready – in other words – for Heaven. Help me to make a good pilgrimage to both destinations! Prepare my body and soul for whatever graces God wishes to give me in this process of healing and conversion, and let me be attentive to His call to be changed from within, and come closer to Him. Let me see you as never before; let me rediscover the joy of the Faith, the joy of knowing and serving Christ, the joy of being your child. Be a true mother to me! Help me and guide me, and accompany me always with your loving prayer and protection.
May I make this pilgrimage as if it were my first, my last, my only pilgrimage. Bless all those who come with us and those who, unable to travel with us, will accompany us spiritually to your Grotto. May we set off blessed, and return home blessed. Be the beginning and the end of this holy endeavour, and may it bear fruit in time and in eternity!

A wonderful lunch party for over 60 elderly guests from local parishes and care homes. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely event. Thank you to who attended with some sixth formers and some table decorations for the gifts.

Companions cafe - East Hill is unique in that it serves homeless guests who attend the cafe, but also the volunteers create food for local families and has a mini food bank. Seriously multi tasking! We are very grateful to the parish who support this project. ♥️
