Yoga for Complete Beginners - A 5 week course π
Little or no experience of yoga, or feeling a bit out of practice?
Our latest 5 Week Yoga for Complete Beginners Course begins on Thursday the 28th of May at 7:45pm. We will gently explore the foundations of yoga in a friendly, supportive environment with our lovely teacher
Over the five weeks weβll dive into:
β’ Beginner friendly yoga poses
β’ How to move safely and adapt poses for your body
β’ Breathwork to calm the mind
β’ Building strength, mobility and flexibility
β’ Simple relaxation techniques
This course is the perfect place to slow things down, break down the poses and ask all the questions you might not get to ask in a regular class.
Donβt worry if you canβt attend every week all sessions are recorded and available for a week so you can catch up if needed.
