Tucked inside Wimbledon’s former fire station, The Fire Station Café blends historic charm with a warm welcome. Since opening in January 2025, it’s quickly become a local favourite for banana matcha, silky flat whites, brunch favourites and sweet treats.

Though independently run, it’s also part of Huddle Wimbledon, a creative hub for coworking, meetings and events, making it much more than your local coffee stop.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, Love Wimbledon has partnered with Third Space Wimbledon to bring the community together for a FREE 6km run on Wednesday 13th May, 6–7:30pm. A chance to move, reset and connect with others along the way.

Expect a 6km run starting from the Third Space Wimbledon Club, with running drills, expert tips and a chance to meet fellow members of the local community along the way.

All attendees will have access to changing rooms and shower facilities at Third Space Wimbledon. Registration and waiver required. 💪

Many people know the golden figure watching over the dome of the as the theatre’s “angel” but she’s actually Laetitia, the Roman Goddess of Gaiety ✨

Even more mysterious? The original statue was removed during World War II for safekeeping… and has never been seen again! The Laetitia you see today was added during the theatre’s 1991 refurbishment, continuing her watch over Wimbledon Town Centre ever since. 🎭
