PUBLICATION OF DEFECTION FROM ADC TO NDC
I wish to formally announce my resignation and defection from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).
This decision was not made lightly. It comes after deep personal reflection, extensive consultations, and a sincere evaluation of my political journey, aspirations, and commitment to national development.
My departure from the ADC is largely informed by personal reasons and my desire to pursue a political path that better aligns with my convictions, values, and vision for service to the people. Over time, I have come to appreciate the importance of belonging to a political platform whose ideology strongly reflects fairness, equity, justice, peace, and sustainable progress.
After careful consideration, I have found in the NDC a political system and movement that resonates with these ideals and inspires restored hope for a greater Nigeria. I believe that nation-building requires unity of purpose, inclusive governance, social justice, and people-centered leadership capable of creating opportunities for all citizens regardless of background, status, or affiliation.
My decision is therefore driven by the desire to contribute meaningfully to a political culture that prioritizes the welfare of the people, strengthens democratic values, promotes peaceful coexistence, and advances collective progress.
I remain committed to serving with integrity, humility, and dedication, while working alongside like-minded individuals toward the realization of a better and more prosperous nation.
Indeed, a greater Nigeria is possible. Nigeria will be OK!
I sincerely appreciate the support, encouragement, and relationships built during my time in the ADC, and I look forward to this new chapter with optimism and renewed determination.
