As we approach the Easter bank holiday, we wanted to let you know when we’ll be open and how to get in touch if you need us.

Our Customer Contact Centre will be closed from 5.30pm, Thursday 2 April and will reopen at 8.30am on Tuesday 7 April.

If you need us over the bank holiday:
• Emergency repairs – call 0800 432 0077 (our out‑of‑hours team will help)
• Non‑urgent queries or repairs – you can use My Account at any time
