In the remote areas of Muzffarabad where government reach is absent, volunteers of the Kashmir Welfare Foundation trek on foot for hours to reach and serve distressed humanity. This is Komykot, a far-flung area of Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir, where a free medical camp was established by the Kashmir Welfare Foundation, providing expert doctors alongside medicines from multinational companies.

​Nagdar Karkah, situated at an altitude of 12,000 feet above sea level, is a place where no healthcare facilities are available. We chose this location for the foundation's efforts. By the grace of Almighty Allah, the Kashmir Welfare Foundation has successfully conducted a series of free medical camps in the most remote regions of Neelum Valley, situated right at the Zero Line of the Line of Control.
