The Landmark runs a programme of art classes, & choirs. A vital cultural hub for the region. We are an independent arts charity in Teddington, south-west London, that is dedicated to providing a diverse and exciting programme of exhibitions, live events and classes for young and old, in an historic building saved by the local community. ⭐From 16-18th October, our Autumn Art Fair returns with over 70 stands of unique artwork to explore, for your home or collection!

🎨 Meet the artists, learn the stories behind the work and walk home with a masterpiece…

(1-3) Sarah Lee
Sarah is a Surrey based artist with a background in art history. She works in oils, often on location, and likes to evoke a sense of place and atmosphere, inspired by her travels. She has also recently starting portraiture, working mainly in charcoal.

(4-6) Three Sister Artists
Three sisters through their love of creating joyful artwork cement their designs together, despite using quite different media. Their first exhibition together in April 2022 was very successful, highlighting their shared artistic journey and Irish roots. They are now keen to showcase together again and see Landmark Autumn Fair as an ideal opportunity to do so.

(7-9) Douglas Kurn
Inspired by nature and the way we live life, Douglas Kurn creates moody and atmospheric photographic giclée prints, that reflect the ephemeral phenomena of the living planet. Committed to sustainability, each piece is produced with archival inks and eco-conscious materials in a carbon neutral print process, ensuring that the beauty of the natural world is preserved both in image and in practice.

(1-3) Sara Vertigan
Sara is a landscape artist, working in oils. Her richly coloured paintings depict moments in light and shadow, evoking personal memories of landscapes experienced.

(4-6) Anna Clarke
Anna creates work that emerges from imagination, guided more by intuition than by strict realism. Her practice embraces freedom and exploration, allowing each piece to evolve organically rather than conform to a fixed style.
Working across multiple media, including oil, acrylic, charcoal, handmade felt, and mixed media, Anna select materials based on the emotional tone or vision behind each piece. There is no single formula or prescribed method; instead, her process is fluid, shaped by feeling, spontaneity, and inspiration in the moment.

(7-9) Sallie Eley Art
Sallie Eley is a contemporary sustainable artist who works with natural materials, including wood and driftwood. Her pieces are known for their vibrant colour, luminosity and intricate detail, often exploring themes inspired by the natural world. She is increasingly committed to a more sustainable practice, using driftwood alongside reclaimed and naturally discarded timber, allowing each surface’s grain and texture to inform the final work.

Meet the artists, learn the stories behind the work and leave with a masterpiece for your home or collection.

(1-3) Theresa Abbott
Theresa Abbott is a “Plein Air” and studio oil painter. She paints outdoors, drawing inspiration from London cityscapes and rural landscapes, capturing the immediacy, atmosphere and sense of place. Her background in successful world class sports helps her embrace being “surrounded by onlookers”. Theresa won Royal Bushy Park Plein Air art competition in 2024. She competed in Sky Arts “Landscape Artist of the Year “2025 at Hampton Court Palace, she has also successfully exhibited at Mall Galleries SW6 in 2025.

(4-6) StuART Storey Art
StuART creates vibrant & energetic art designed to make you smile. Inspired by getting out in the great outdoors, StuART's work focusses on Cycling, Rowing, Running & Exploring.

(7-9) Judith Fisher
I started a movement known as The 'Un'still Life Movement, whose Manifesto is:
- ANIMATE THE INANIMATE
- PERSONALISE THE IMPERSONAL
- CELEBRATE EVERYDAY OBJECTS
- BRING A SENSE OF JOY AND FUN TO THE VIEWER
I am still, but haven't given up, the only member so far!
I believe flowers, vessels, fruit, vegetables, etc, should be animated and take the viewer on a happy thoughtful journey. My work is also about connection which is something we strive to do in our every day life. So you may wonder why a flying flower is chasing a tomato, but who are we to judge!
